What is the difference when buying from Simplex versus buying from other Online sources?

When buying from online vendors, you have to mail in and return your clock and wait for a replacement which is costly and time consuming.  We offer competitive pricing, bulk order discount , wholesale pricing for resellers and price match on some products, some restrictions apply .

What’s the Shipping Time for any products purchased?

Usually we try and fulfill your orders within 5 business days.

Are all items on the website in stock?

Most items are in stock and ready to ship but we contact you with any update within 24 hours after you have placed the order on our site.

How do you handle Rush Order Requests?

Does my hardware have any warranty?

Yes. All our hardware comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Can we purchase extended warranty on our hardware?

Yes. You can buy extended warranty at the time of your hardware purchase or before your 1 year original warranty expires.

If I unplug my unit will it lose time or any other data?

All our time clocks have a battery back-up and once you plug the clock back in the time will be correct.

What ribbon does my time clock use?

We have most popular models already listed and ready to purchase on our website. But if you don’t see your ribbon listed just Contact Us. We can source almost any model or colour of ribbon you are looking for.

What Time Cards does my time clock use?

We have most popular models already listed and ready to purchase on our website. But if you don’t see your clock listed just Contact Us. We can source almost any model of Time Card or find you compatible Time Cards that would work with the current system.

I lost my time clock key. How can I get another?

Please Contact Us or fill in an online order form providing your Time Clock Model number and name and we source the replacement key for you.

What are your shipping rates and what courier do you use?

Our Shipping Charges vary according to where you are located, and the quantity and weight of product purchased. The minimum shipping price is $3 and we use Canada Post as our Courier. If you wish us to use your regular courier, just provide your account number.

Can a buzzer be attached to my time clock to ring for breaks or lunch?

All of our clocks and systems are programmable for the control of external devices such as bells and horns.

What is the approximate viewing distance of your digital wall clocks?

Approximate visual or viewing distance of a standard 4-inch Digital Clock is 60 meters.

What is the approximate viewing distance of your Analog wall clocks?

Approximate visual or viewing distance of a standard 12 inch Analog Clock is 30 meters.

Is there a software to install with a wireless clock system?

Yes, software enables it to provide the current NIST/NTP time from your local network server.

Do you provide Online Installation Services on all your Time Clocks and Software Systems?

Yes, we are just a phone call and click away and can help you Install and Setup any systems to reduce your costs when purchasing any of our products.
